Return policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Unless otherwise specified by the regulations of the country of residence of the Consumer Customer, individuals purchasing from Asbar Otomasyon as private persons (without providing a tax number) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery of the product without providing any justification.

 

This right of withdrawal is not applicable to purchases made as a company or individual enterprise.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an e-mail to info@asbarotomasyon.com including the following details:

  • Buyer’s name, full address, and contact details (phone, e-mail, fax if applicable)

  • Cancelled product/service information

  • Order/delivery date

  • Consumer’s name and address

  • Notification date

 

Important Notes:

  • Approval of a return does not mean the product is defective or faulty. This determination is made during the technical evaluation process after the product reaches the warehouse (within 1–7 business days for consumers, 1–15 business days otherwise).

  • Product packaging must not be damaged; the original box must be wrapped with protective packaging, and no writing should be applied.

  • Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days with tracking number, insured for values over €500, and accompanied by a document containing the "Return Code."

  • If the product shows signs of tampering or user intervention, no refund will be made, and the customer will be informed.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

All orders are subject to stock availability. The website updates stock data automatically.

Due to real-time user access and supply chain variability, exact stock levels may not always be reflected. Allocation of the ordered product is not guaranteed.

For promotional products, Asbar Otomasyon reserves the right to reduce or reject the order (with prior notice and customer approval).

If a product cannot be supplied, the customer will be notified via e-mail. In such cases, an alternative product, delivery under similar conditions, or a refund will be offered. If the customer declines, a refund will be issued.

If an order is canceled by the seller, no compensation claims shall arise.

If the order has not yet entered the preparation phase (i.e., not shown in "My Orders" or no confirmation e-mail received), the customer may send a cancellation request to info@asbarotomasyon.com.

If the cancellation is requested after the order preparation has begun, the following charges may be applied:

  • Administrative handling fee

  • Cost of special-order components

  • Shipping and return costs

  • Customs charges

  • Exchange rate difference and bank fees

  • Penalty of up to 40% of the product value + additional loss in value if the product is unsuitable for resale

The total amount will be shared with the customer. If the customer does not respond within 72 hours, the cancellation will be considered confirmed.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and must include a tracking number. Shipments over €500 must be insured.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORTATION

If the product is damaged during shipping, do not accept the package. Return it to the courier immediately.

If the package has already been received, the customer must:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt (e.g., "received with damaged packaging"),

  • Preserve the product and packaging in original condition,

  • Notify info@asbarotomasyon.com and request a damage report.

 

Check the following at delivery:

  • Does the number of packages match the delivery note?

  • Is the packaging intact and are the seals unbroken?

If damage or discrepancies are detected, the package must be received "with reservation." Otherwise, the right to object regarding external damage is lost.

If an incorrect address was provided, the delivery may be delayed. Additional transportation costs are borne by the customer. This does not grant a right of return.

REFUND METHOD

Upon approval of the return, the refund will be made using the original payment method:

  • Credit Card

  • Bank Transfer / EFT
