Shipping Policy

Worldwide Delivery

 

Asbar Automation ships worldwide with DHL EXPRESS. Since our company has special agreements with DHL, we can offer fast and safe delivery services worldwide. All shipments are insured.

For corporate customers: In order for an invoice to be issued to Asbar Otomasyon, company name, registered address and a valid VAT (VAT) number must be provided.
The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in connection with storage or delivery.

For products that are not in stock, delivery time may vary depending on the manufacturer or supplier's lead time. Tracking information will be shared after the products leave our warehouse.

 

Please note: Asbar Automation is not responsible for any delays in the update of shipment/tracking information in the DHL system. In some cases, tracking information can be viewed 24 hours after shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number. Asbar Automation is not responsible for any delivery delays after the package has been delivered to the courier company.

 

Delivery Fees and Times

 

The average delivery time for products marked “In Stock” is between 1 and 10 business days.

Delivery times for ordered products are for informational purposes only; delivery times may vary due to delays in the manufacturer's production processes or extensions in suppliers' processing times.

 

Shipping / Delivery

 

Asbar Automation will deliver the selected and ordered products to the address specified by the customer during the order via a carrier or logistics company in accordance with the procedures described above. Delivery will take place within the periods specified in the order confirmation.

When the product is received, the customer must first check that the delivered products comply with the order and then sign the delivery documents. This process does not prejudice the customer's rights under the "Right of Withdrawal".

 

Asbar Automation is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries that may occur due to the following force majeure reasons:

 

• Accident, explosion, fire, strike and/or lockout, earthquake, flood or any other event that may partially or completely prevent the timely performance of the contract.

 

Asbar Automation cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses or costs that may arise to any party or third party due to non-fulfillment of the contract due to the reasons stated above.
